Enabled preparation for aggressive 2× workforce and revenue growth within two years by advancing self service, automation, and modernization pathways that bridged the distributed decision norms of the distinct practice areas with enterprise coherence.

Deep experience in public and social sectors where mission, policy, and operational scale intersect. Many of these environments involve distributed authority, complex stakeholder ecosystems, and high-stakes operational change where leadership trust and execution discipline are critical.


 I bring both enterprise leadership (interim CEO and C-suite-adjacent roles) and entrepreneurial builder experience, having founded and scaled mission-driven organizations, owned revenue functions, developed new revenue lines, and generated $55M in revenue.
