The significant donation was restricted to US renovation
not international programs. This presented a challenge because of long-held cultural perceptions of colonialism and problematic power dynamics. Communications and engagement tactics addressed these concerns.
Efforts also addressed localized concerns due to the impact during the occupied renovation as well as feelings of loss related to office locations, seniority and privacy as a result of the open floorplan design.
Efforts generated enthusiasm for new technology, efficiencies,
updated spaces and collaboration that would be felt worldwide!
