At CARE, I engaged in every US- and enterprise-wide PMO project.
I was responsible for CRM case for change and communication with a broad 4,000-person stakeholder group that would be engaged as users in later phases of the project.
At the time of the announcement, this group of employees based in regional and country offices was resistant based on the cost and the perceived prioritization over field-level programs. There was an ongoing concern that US leadership was not in touch with regional and country priorities. Our launch communication demonstrated that the investment would ultimately benefit international programs (see image with the Country Office in the center).
My work was recognized as “the most positive business-language introduction of technology” during the IT Director's 20-year tenure!
