Built internal readiness for business model changes, provided information and training, and addressed resistance in a challenging environment that also included Covid-19 related business changes, simultaneous CRM and Atlas billing implementations, and restructuring of sales team roles and incentives in addition to cloud transformation.

As part of their move to the cloud, Equifax needed to inspire and instruct corporate customers to take action (significant IT changes that were not in customer roadmaps or budgets) - or risk losing customers to competitors.
I designed customer engagement – through new consultative sales culture, marketing campaigns (content creation, management, and distribution), web resources, technical documentation, and design and delivery of training.
