Alvarez and Marsal Consulting • Sr. Change Manager (Corporate Services)

• Delivered enterprise transformation in a top‑tier global consulting environment, partnering directly with C‑suite leaders.

• As enterprise change management lead, drove project successes and people-dependent results for this global management consulting firm of 6K employees. Successfully prepared the firm for its aggressive 2x growth in employees and resulting 2x revenue growth from 2023 to 2025.

• Managed demand intake and defined a tiered service model to scale OCM professional services. Established a Center of Excellence, integrating change planning and providing training and tools to optimize change efforts across the business.

• Partnered extensively with CRO, COO, CPO, and CMO to align functional areas with technology transformation.

• Assessed impacts of data modernization. Activated corporate leadership to build confidence in digital ways of working, and prepared the workforce for A.I.‑driven analytics, automation, and new decision‑making models.

• Shaped enterprise-wide change agenda, and led cross-functional modernization initiatives across HR, Finance, Operations, and IT.

• 10 total years with CEO Michelle Nunn - from Points of Light/Hands On Atlanta to CARE USA. 

• Led 10-person team. Developed activations, experiential and cause marketing, and multi-city agreements with Corporate Communications, HR, and CSR leaders from Fortune 1000, B2B, B2C, and B2G. Delivered brand halo, employee experience, and employer brand-building as ROI.

• Managed Hands On Atlanta Day service event planning for 13,000 volunteers at 100 different sites. 

• Partnered with The White House and the federal Office of Social Innovation to showcase investments in areas such as veterans and digital capacity building.

• Developed response to the water crisis in Flint, MI, the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, and disaster relief in partnership with Major League Baseball Players. 

Odyssey Family Counseling Center • Transformation Director

• Addressed healthcare nonprofit’s 25% budget shortfall due to business process, compliance, governance, facility, tech, and staffing issues. 

• Managed in-depth inquiry, strategy design, strategy delivery, organizational development and process re-engineering, and change process. 

• Reduced burn rate by 70% within 12 months.
