A controversial government policy, with significant business implications for CARE around the world, required a comms and change plan, created and implemented by a working team that also included Chief of Staff, legal and compliance.
Analysis determined that changes were required in only 12 specific countries. For those countries, we created a Sharepoint site, maintained FAQs, offered tools, training and scenarios as well as translated materials.
